Suzi Quatro Original Mixed Media Painting

Suzi Quatro painting by Ben Goymour. This original mixed media portrait captures the energy and attitude of one of rock music’s most distinctive performers through layered colour, expressive brushwork and bold graphic elements.

Ben combines closely observed portraiture with loose mark making, painted text and a vivid palette of turquoise, blue, orange, pink and black. References to Rock Hard, Can the Can, 48 Crash and Suzi are worked into the surface, linking the portrait directly to the music and image associated with her career.

The painted surround forms part of the work, allowing colour and movement to continue beyond the central portrait and giving the piece a strong physical presence.

This original Suzi Quatro painting is a one off contemporary artwork by Ben Goymour.
