Delivery:

1. Delivery is free for most of the UK. Charges for deliveries outside the UK and for Highlands and Islands, will vary. We will contact you if we have issues with delivering to you, and will give a full refund if necessary.

2. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly providing sufficient evidence.

3. Customs & Import duties are not included. You are responsible for payment of any surcharges.

4. All 'in-stock' goods will be dispatched within 7 working days. However, dispatch is often quicker than this. If there is a delay for any reason you will be notified.

5. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates on orders so please allow up to 7 days. You will be notified in the unlikely event of longer delays

6. Commissions will be longer depending on the order order size and this will be discussed accordingly.

Cancellation & Returns:

I have not had a return yet, but in the unlikely event you want to return your order, you can do so up to 7 days from delivery. To do this, please email me at ben@bengoymour.com or call 07927 405766

A brief explanation of why you are returning your item will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

You must return the goods at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. You are welcome to deliver the product in person to my studio in the Stamford area.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. If you are posting please take out insurance and checkthey cover artwirk, as most don't. Always follow your chosen delivery service packaging guide for posting paintings or they will not pay out should you need to claim.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if the goods are faulty or wrongly described.

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
